I started Nivaara because Indian companies that grow fast often outgrow their own operations, and it usually happens quietly.
The ambition is there. The systems behind it were built for a smaller company: spreadsheets holding a supply chain together, WhatsApp groups standing in for a process, and capable people spending their days working around tools that were supposed to help them.
